We understand that there is nothing more frustrating than receiving a faulty or damaged product. We do everything we can to make sure that this does not happen.
However, if your product is faulty or damaged, simply contact us via email to start the exchange or refund process.

* To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
* To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged. We do not accept refunds if you change your mind. Please provide photographic proof that the product is faulty or damaged.
* Faulty or damaged products must be returned within 30 days.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds:
Please be patient during the refund process. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or contact your bank.
Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
